The launch of MH-1, on March 4th, 2024, marked a giant leap forward in our journey in the New Space Era, as we launched the second Portuguese satellite and the first fully developed and integrated in the country!
Envisioned by Minister Manuel Heitor, this program embodies the spirit of "thinking about the future by building the present," challenging Portuguese companies and universities to come together to design and build the next generation of satellites.
MH-1 was developed and integrated in CEiiA, as we solidify our capabilities together with the Portuguese Space Industry towards a new generation of high and very-high resolution satellites.
