Our Quality Policy
CEiiA is an engineering and product development center that acts as an interface between the scientific-technologic system and the industry. It is a reference in the engineering and produtization of new technologies and solutions for different business areas, such as aeronautics, mobility and space, in order to have a more sustainable world.

CEiiA has the objective of promoting and encouraging the conception, development and valuation of products and services in the aeronautics, aerospace, and mobility sectors. The market evolution and tendencies are the basis to get a more technologically and sustainable society.
The organization encourages the risk-based thinking, applied to the system and to the operational level, thus helping to increase predictability, to avoid damages, to create / realize opportunities, and to support the fact-based decision-making.
In this context, CEiiA’s commitment is to fulfil rigorously the customer's requirements and specifications, based on transparency and integrity (it guarantees the information security, confidentiality and secrecy).

Conformity and satisfaction
CEiiA is committed to comply with ISO9001 and EN9100 requirements, as well as applicable legal, regulatory, and normative requirements. For that purpose, quality management principles and project management good practices are followed on a daily basis. In this sequence, quality objectives are driven to different areas and units from the strategy of the organization.
This Policy shall be communicated and disclosed to the relevant interested parties in a clear, assertive and transparent way, highlighting its (interested parties) impact, contribution, and influence, thus establishing a trust relationship between CEiiA and interested parties, strategic partners, suppliers and customers to satisfy their needs and expectations.
Employees involvement
CEiiA values employees’ competences and is committed with actions and measures to attract, develop, and retain knowledge. It allows to capacitate the employees with the adequate technical competences for a successful execution and requirements fulfilment, enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and competitivity. Having this in mind the resources shall be made available to the employees to ensure a good performance, respecting their personal dignity, and working to provide physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as their quality of life, within a safe and healthy work environment is accordance with the law.

CEiiA acts in a world of transformation and constant development, where the continuous improvement is promoted through the monitoring, analysis and regular evaluation of the quality management system. The alignment with the good practices defined by the ISO9001 and EN9100 standards to reach excellence and to add value to CEiiA and their stakeholders.”
