At CEiiA, we focus on designing, developing, and productizing new products and services throughout their entire development cycle, from design to manufacturing.
With over 20 years of collaboration with suppliers and large OEMs in the Mobility, Aeronautics, and Space market, we have accumulated the experience and infrastructure necessary to rapidly test and validate new ideas and technologies.
Testing Facilities
Our Test Centre conducts comprehensive static, fatigue, and material testing on full-scale parts and structural components. With an adjustable testing hangar of 1.800m², 450m² of which features a slotted reinforced floor, allows for efficient movement of equipment and test parts along an 80-meter track using two 10-ton overhead cranes.

Mechanical Tests
- Servo Hydraulic Machines: 50kN, 100kN, and 250kNcapacities. UTM 250 kN with second load train position and T-slots steel table for complex setups.
- Environmental chambers for integrating on UTMs allowing tests from -130 to 315ºC.
- Several fixtures to carry out tension, compression, shear, 3-point bending, pull-out, pull-thorough, bearing, fracture according to standards.
- Stress-Cycles Testing: For fatigue and endurance analysis.
Climatic Tests
- Dry Corrosion Test Chamber: For accelerated corrosion testing with 1000 l capacity up to +55ºC and humidity from 50 to 98%.
- Temperature/Humidity Chambers: Two chambers for environmental testing with 1000 l capacity from -75 to 180ºC.
- Materialography equipment: For detailed material analysis.
- Flammability Chamber: Configurable Burners for custom test setups.
Composites, Plastic and Metallic Characterization
