Overview

The VIRIATO project emerged from a pressing need to empower and strengthen the Portuguese aerospace industry, enabling it to compete effectively and contribute to the burgeoning European market for microsatellite launchers. This ambitious program aims to rigorously test the subsystems of a suborbital vehicle on specialized test benches, paving the way for their seamless integration into the vehicle for a potential future flight demonstration.
